Great views of the Ambassador and newly constructed Gordie Howe Bridge(s). On the top floors. I love the convenient location with everything so close by. The staff here are also amazing, from front desk to the housekeepers, it's always fantastic service.
The staff was dedicated and helpful. Our meeting room reservation process was seriously handled. Clean rooms. Overall very positive experience. Also the waitress at the restaurant proactively offered to give service in french, which was appreciated.
Overall good hotel in a great central location, but the location was also a bit of an issue. It was very loud at night. They provide ear plugs which are handy. We knew about this before, but this was the only hotel with rooms left so it was what it was. Otherwise the staff was great, the room was cozy but clean. If you can sleep through a lot of noise (I mean a lot) then no issues!
For a 3 star hotel, we were in most part happy with everything. The rooms were a bit on the small side especially the bathroom but were clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was quiet when we stayed there (Saturday evening) but they did provide ear plugs just in case. They have a small pool which our children enjoyed and a small gym that had basic exercise equipment. The reason for the 4 star rating was that the parking situation isn't great especially if you need to drop off and bring your luggage up. We were just lucky that a spot opened up in front of the hotel and that they weren't that busy. I can only imagine if it's busy season as we stay early April. Note - that breakfast isn't included. There's a mini fridge and you get a couple of bottles of water and some tea and coffee in the room.
